It is possible that the healthy heart development may not be possible.

This caffeine causes high blood pressure. There can be irregular heart beats due to caffeine consumption. There is well established link between excess consumption of caffeine and some types of cancers. The rooibos tea is safe to take as it contains absolutely no caffeine. It is necessary to remember that the so called decaffeinated drinks also contain some residual caffeine in them. And even in that case some of the important anti oxidants are lost. Many a times this rooibos tea is compared with green teas. It is said that green teas contain much more amount of anti oxidants. But it is forgotten that the green teas can have lot many adverse effects due to caffeine content. It is not possible to consume caffeine containing green teas again and again. In case of rooibos tea, you can consume it as many times in a day as you want. It has no calories or caffeine in it.
