How to choose the Right Pair of Shoes?

Amongst the entire Hullabaloo, one should however not forget that choosing the right pair of shoes is very important for the health of one’s feet. It is confusing when you need to choose the right pair for you amidst such an exuberant variety. Our feet are an important part of our body. The whole body weight is borne by the feet. Always try to choose a comfortable pair of shoes. A shoe should never bite the foot at any point. The sole of the shoe should be the perfect size of the foot. It should be soft enough to release stress and relax the foot. The foot should fit comfortably inside the shoe with enough space for the fingers to move inside the shoe. The ankle bracket of the shoe should be in the right shape to rest the ankle. If you are buying a shoe with laces, make sure that the tongue is in proportion with the size of the shoe. It should not be too big neither too small. If the pair of shoes is not in the scientific proportions then they might cause skin diseases like corns and sore skin.

Remember, the feet have acupressure points which balance the stress levels of the body. Always choose a footwear which makes you comfortable and if it’s fashionable, it’s a bonus.
