No bake cookies

When baking cookies, perhaps plenty of them, or your baking oven is otherwise used, like for Thanksgiving, when the Turkey is roasting the whole day; the kids will nevertheless require sweets and there is nothing better than a bunch of no bake cookies made up in a few minutes. Short of eating the chocolate chip cookie dough raw, it is the only other solution you can whip up in a minute, without baking. Most of the recipes will require some form of cooking, usually you will need a sauce bowl or a pan, but some cooking is involved. Nevertheless, there are other recipes which require no heating at all, but you will need a mixer.

Some no bake cookies are made with cereal, for instance a popular source of no bake cookies is the rice cereal as in rice crispies. There are original Kellogg's rice crispies treats to be made, but boiling is involved. But to find some recipes or to invent any where not even boiling is involved will require further investigation. Here are some never before published recipes, how you can make tasty chocolate banana balls.

You need either petit beurre or Leibnitz cookies, which you should grind first. Then you need bananas, which you should whip with your mixer into pulp. You grate an apple into the pulp and add juice of one orange as well. Put the ground cookies in there and mix the concoction with the mixer into a unified heap. Melt any milk chocolate with some added milk in a sauce pan. Form balls out of the previously made heap and dunk them into the chocolate, put them on a sheet of baking paper in the fridge to cool.

You can use the ground cookies in a multitude of ways, for instance, you can make some sort of peanut butter balls. If you again take some ground cookies and put them in a mixing bowl, you should add some confectioners' sugar, some microwave melted butter, peanut butter, just a pinch of salt and mix that stuff together with your mixer. Once you've got a paste, roll balls and use the same kind of melted chocolate with some milk to dunk the balls in it, spread on a baking paper sheet and let it cool in the fridge.

It is actually not that hard to figure out some of the recipes which are possible, simply let your imagination flow. You can use marshmallows, every single cereal sort there is, different chocolate brands, add nuts, almonds, pecans, ground or not and create treats without baking.
