To prepare the best Pasta sauce recipes is not a tough task as it looks. It's only a matter of creativity and personal taste. Pasta sauce recipes are famous world wide and many Pasta sauce recipes have country ingredients in it. Some of which are tomatoes, olive oil, diced vegetables and other seasonings. - Three tablespoons of butter.

- Eight ounces of whipped cream.

- A pinch of salt.

- A pinch of ground nutmeg.

- One fourth cup of parmesan cheese.

- One fourth cup of Romano cheese.

- One yolk of egg.

- Two tablespoons of parmesan cheese.

Method: take a saut‚ pan and melt the butter under medium flame. Now add whipped cream to the saut‚ pan and stir continuously. Now add a pinch of salt as required along with ground nutmeg. Later grate the parmesan cheese and add it to the mixture. After that grate the Romano cheese and add it to the mixture. Keep stirring the mixture until the cheese melts. Then add one egg yolk to the mix. Now simmer the mixture under medium flame and allow to heat for about three to five minutes. Your scrumptious Pasta sauce recipe is ready to eat. Garnish the Pasta sauce recipe with parmesan cheese and serve it.

Few additions can also be made to the above Pasta sauce recipe to make it much spicier. Like, you can add one fourth tablespoon of black pepper to the mix along with two minced garlic cloves. Then you can add two tablespoons of cream cheese. Also if you want to reduce the fat content in your Pasta sauce recipe, you can substitute milk for whipped cream. This will be ideal for those who are conscious of their weight. If one doesn't want to use Romano cheese as it's too strong or if it's not available, you can use double the amount of parmesan cheese instead of Romano cheese.
