Blue is a year round color and the most vastly used. Blue has different shades and tints denoting different attitudes and mindsets. The color of water is blue, however water does not have any color but the chemicals in the sea and the passing of light makes the oceans look blue. Blue is calm and cool and soothes the vision. Blue is a symbol of trust and belief hence it is a banker’s color. Blue is a natural color and the color of the sky like the oceans. The sky looks blue because of the light passing through the atmosphere. Blue is soothing to the eyes and hence if the walls of the house are painted in shades of blue, the eyes relax faster and you can go off to sleep early.

A Royal Blue or Navy blue represents richness and superiority. Light blue represents magnanimity.

Blue is also used in literature to describe different moods of a person. Blue is used in many phrases to describe state of mind.

Blue devils is said to express immense depression.Blue Monday means a sad feeling.Blue language is said to denote profanity.

Blue is one of the favorite colors of clothing. A blue garment gives a boost to one’s personality. Blue is also used in the coloring of houses. Blue gives a grand look to a building. Blues is a vastly accepted corporate color. Generally, offices use more of blue colored furniture. Blues conveys importance and confidence without being somber, thus this suits the corporate world and the blue uniforms of police forces in most part of the world.
Blue is a universal color which does not allow the world to look dull.
